Mashed carrots with cumin and balsamic vinegar

How can I do?

Spice cooking carrots in the vegetable stock for half an hour with salt and pepper.

The cloves of garlic, peel and mash them with a sharp blow to the cleavage.

Infuse garlic and cumin in a beautiful c. in s. olive oil for a minute on low heat.

Reduce in a small pot balsamic vinegar to evaporate the alcohol.

Emulsify the oil and vinegar seasoned quick whisk and pour the mixture into the boiling water boiled carrots. Warmed at low heat.

Mix everything and keep the heat with 2 tbsp. in s. olive oil bareback.

Ingredients:

  • 600g carrots
  • 350 ml of broth
  • 3 cup tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup cumin powder
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 15 ml balsamic vinegar

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 50 minutes
Yield: 4 people
