How can I do?

Melt the butter and let cool.

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, then add vanilla, almond, honey and salt.

Stir in oil, flour and yeast. Finish with butter and milk.

The dough should be smooth and slightly liquid. Let it rest for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to see more.

Divide the dough into fingerprint Madeleine turn then 1h cool.

Bake at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 135g butter
  • 125 g flour
  • 130 g icing sugar
  • 50 g milk
  • 2.1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 drops of liquid Almond
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 35 minutes
