How can I do?
Mix dry ingredients and then dig a pit in which you add the butter and egg.
Mix until smooth and blended.
Shape into a ball and leave in the refrigerator in plastic wrap for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 180 °.
The dough about 1/2 cm and cut out the cookies with cookie pieces the shape of your choice.
Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix well.
Dip the cookies in (with a pinch of tweezers for me), drain and let it dry in a cool place.
Be sure to do this quickly enough to handle not just the chocolate cools too quickly and is less easily, allow the biscuit topping.
