Lentil pilaf with turmeric

How can I do?

In a Dutch oven saute the onion with olive oil. Pour water, vegetable broth powder and turmeric. Bring to a boil.

When boiling, add the lentils and cook for 5 minutes you get. Add frozen vegetables and after another 10 minutes of cooking.

Mix thoroughly. Pepper and pull on plates. Sprinkle gomasio.

  • Flower, green beans)

  • 1 large onion (size of an orange)

  • 160g Reef lenses

  • 550g water

  • 2 cup tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped vegetable stock powder gluten free

  • 1.2 cup chopped Turmeric

  • gomasio and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 people
