I mix well and I found a not too runny consistency of my dough.
I put my circle shape with stainless steel rods (not to burn me) in a pan hot property; I take a small pan and I lock the dough into the circle; I removed the circle after a minute, and I put a lid on the pan; I'll wait a while before settling the cake, as it is quite thick; for the return, I wait to see if it moves well when I get a little push from below with my shells; if it's good, I turn very gently.
