Preheat oven to 180 ° C

Grease and flour a cake pan of 22-23 cm diameter.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking powder. Mixing.

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is pale and fluffy (a good time). The cooled butter, grated lemon peel finely, lemon juice. Whip. Gradually add the flour mixture, stirring, minimum speed, integrate, without overloading the dough only.

Beat the egg whites until stiff very firmly with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon. Stir very carefully so with a spatula to break without prior preparation.

Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes. Then leave to cool in the oven and open slightly so that it does not fall.
When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
