Leek Patties

How can I do?

Cut the leeks very finely (the hand blender is very handy) and place in a bowl, the beaten eggs, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Melt a little butter in the pan, and put a little mixing, 10cm diameter. Flatten with a spatula. Cook each patty two sides about 3-4 minutes.
Ingredients:

  • 500g leeks green
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 Cup on s. Fine breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 2 people
