Jar with apple and ginger

How can I do?

Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Cook them in a heavy pan sprinkled with 20 g sugar. Quit? Stew? quarter hour. A little water if necessary.

In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with 100g sugar until the mixture turns white.

Add cornstarch and apple juice. Mixing.

Pour into a saucepan and heat over low heat.

Thickened stirring with a wooden spoon continuously until (between 5-10 minutes). Allow to cool the heat. Wait until the cream is slightly frozen.

Prepare the jars: Start with the Account apples and cream potatoes and top with thin slices of candied ginger.
