How can I do?

Mix the cooked beetroot with soy cream.

Add flaxseed oil and season. Mixing.

Good Serve chilled in a glass to toast or whole grain bread or cereal; Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Ingredients:

  • 500g cooked beetroot
  • 6 cups cream kitchen soybeans
  • 3 cup tablespoon of flaxseed oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • frozen chopped parsley
