Glasses of carrot raisin

How can I do?

Wash and dry grapes. Cut in half and carefully remove the margins.

Peel and wash the carrots. Cut into thin slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a pan and throw them carrots. Add two tablespoons of water, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.

Finely chop the onions and parsley. Place the carrots, onions, parsley and raisins in a bowl.

Mix lemon juice, cumin, coriander, a tablespoon of olive oil soup. Salt and pepper lightly. Pour sauce in the bowl. Stir and add a pinch of paprika.

  • 250 g of white grapes

  • 500 g carrots

  • 2 c. Tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 small white onions

  • 4 sprigs of parsley

  • 2 c. Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 pinch of ground cumin

  • 1 pinch of coriander powder

  • 1 pinch of pepper

  • Salt and pepper

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 people
