Fudge cake and rhubarb mascarpone

How can I do?

Prepare rhubarb a few hours in advance. Peel and cut into pieces and marinate in one or two c. in s. brown sugar, ginger and a pinch of salt.

Separate the whites from the yolks. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Flour, vanilla sugar, mascarpone.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of baking soda. Then gently fold into the batter.

Quick recover filtering rhubarb juice.

Grease a mold or cover with baking paper. The half of the dough on the bottom of the mold. Then add the rhubarb. Top with remaining batter.

Bake for 30 minutes at 200 °. Cool on a wire rack.

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 140g flour Kiss
  • Sugar 100 g
  • 600g rhubarb branches
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1.2 cup to cup ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
