Frozen udon noodles with avocado and radish

How can I do?

Cook the pasta, drain and rinse with very cold water

Whisk or mix the avocado flesh with the lemon juice, soy sauce, wasabi and salt

Radish peel and slice small sticks

Mix noodles and avocado cream

In bowls, place noodles, black radish sticks and a few pinches of sesame
Ingredients:

  • 180g udon noodles or linguine or rice noodles
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 cup of coffee soy sauce
  • 1 cup of coffee Wasabi
  • 1 radish
  • Sesame seeds
