How can I do?

In a bowl, mix the biscuit dough with 2 tablespoons of cream to relax. Beat the remaining cream until stiff in Chantilly.

Gently mix half of the whipped cream with cookie dough and add the rest of the cream and mix again.

In the back of your glasses, coarsely crumble 2-3 biscuit. Put on top pension biscuit.

Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
