How can I do?

Wash and cut the figs in figs 10 minutes to cook in the microwave, covered with 3 tbsp. in s. water. Mix the figs until a fine puree.

Add sweetener if necessary (adjust to taste). Add the beaten egg whites beat stiff.

In ice machine and in the freezer obtained.

Ingredients:
  • 300 g figs

  • Beat 1 egg white stiff

  • 45g sugar cane blond unrefined

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 35 minutes
Yield: 4 people
