Curls of carrots with mint and curry

How can I do?

The Peel carrots and let your vegetable peeler to peel your carrots until exhaustion of the plant nice thin and light curls!

Soak carrots in lemon juice and sea salt for a few moments. In the last minute add a splash of olive oil and chopped fresh mint.
The more adventurous tastes, hasarderont, add a pinch of fine curry.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large carrots
  • Fresh Mint
  • 1 lemon
  • Fleur de sel
  • Pressed virgin olive oil
  • A touch of curry
