Crème Brûlée with Honey

How can I do?

Whisk the milk, cream and agar-agar. Bring to boil for 30 seconds.

Add the vanilla powder, vanilla sugar, Mielôfleurs and mix well.
Pour. Ramekins and leave in room temperature for at least 1 hour

Sprinkle the tops of the burnt sugar cream (I used colored sugar fuchsia), then caramelize with a torch the top (when the grill in your oven).

  • 30 cl milk

  • 20 cl cream

  • 2 g of agar

  • 1 good pinch of vanilla powder

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

  • 2 cup coffee Mielôfleurs

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 6 min
Yield: 4 people
