Creamy chocolate cake with cardamom &

Open the cardamom pods and reduce seed powder with a mortar.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath or over very low heat. Add the cardamom powder.

Separate the eggs and the egg white from the yolk. Yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Stir the flour.

Add the beaten eggs into the melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt. Add the powdered sugar at the end and continue to beat until all is fixed.

Mix the chocolate mixture and the egg whites in gently lifting with a spatula.

Pour into a 20 cm diameter with butter. Bake at 150 ° C for 30 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife, it should be made to come without a trace of chocolate.
