Cream Mango and Kiwi

How can I do?

First, peel kiwifruit and mix them.

Pour Kiwi mixed with a teaspoon of agar-agar in a saucepan and cook for 30 seconds.

Crouch ramekins with plastic wrap and spread the kiwi in the bottom of 4 ramekins. Let cool to room temperature for one hour.

In a second time, peel the mango. Place the mango in a blender with 5 cl semi-thick liquid or cream.

Take a pot and put the puree in a pot with another teaspoon of agar-agar. Cook 30 seconds. Remove from heat and mix by the remaining cream.

Post prepares Mango Kiwi and let it cool to take one hour before the ramekins. Enjoy your meal!

Tip: Maybe I should have added a teaspoon of agar-agar addition to preparing mango for a better grip.

  • 20 cl cream half

  • 2 cup coffee agar
