How can I do?

All ingredients omitting the agar and water.

Once get a smooth paste in a saucepan, heat the water for about 5 minutes with agar-agar.

Stir in beets. Pour. In small molds

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of raw sugar (equivalent to an average size of beets)
  • 100 g of soya cream for cooking
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. Tbsp walnut oil
  • 1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Coffee lemon juice
  • 20 oz water
  • 3 g of agar
  • Salt

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 25 minutes
Yield: 4 people
