Chocolate ice

How can I do?

In a saucepan, combine the almond milk and cocoa powder. Boil and let cool.

Break the dark chocolate into pieces.

In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy. Pour warmed milk and mix the cocoa. Return to heat until the mixture thickens slightly.

Off the heat, add the chocolate squares and stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Cool completely before the mixture into ice cream maker. Program the machine and let it set. Put in a pan in the freezer. I advise you to be a little early to try it.
Ingredients:

  • 140g dark chocolate
  • 50 g sweetened cocoa powder
  • Half of almond milk
  • 70 g cane sugar
  • Lightened 20 cl cream
  • 2 eggs from the farm

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 10 minutes
