How can I do?

I preheat the oven to 180 ° C. I melt the chocolate in a water bath with a tablespoon of water.

Off the heat, I mashed comprehensive almonds and egg yolks and agave syrup. I mix and add drops of citrus essential oils.

I take cornstarch and beaten egg whites until stiff.

I pour the mixture into a silicone square pan 25 cm square and pushes for 15 minutes.

  • 120g dark chocolate with 70% cocoa

  • 4 eggs

  • 20g cornflour

  • 100g agave syrup

  • 25g almond puree complete

  • 16 drops of essential oil of organic citrus (lemon, sweet orange, tangerine, grapefruit)
