How can I do?Rehydrate your soy protein in a large bowl with hot water.
Prepare your pumpkin. Remove the skin, remove the seeds and cut cut it into large cubes.
In a large wok, cook the pumpkin pieces in two glasses of salt water, covered for 10 minutes.
Cut cut your cabbage into strips and set aside.
Chop your onions and cook over low heat welding in a base of olive oil with chilli or Tabasco.
Spin your soy protein and let marinate for 5 minutes with 4 tablespoons soy sauce. Add the onion and cabbage and pumpkin.
Simmer over low heat 5 minutes, stirring, for another 5 minutes and serve.

- 150 g textured soy protein
- 1 small hot pepper or a few drops of Tabasco
- 2.1 Chinese cabbage
- Salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
