Cereal cake with coconut milk and curry

How can I do?

In a bowl, the quinoa flakes and soy protein. Add gomasio, curry powder.

Beat the eggs and coconut milk in a bowl. Add the soy sauce. Then the mixture over cereal and mix.

Add the garlic, ginger, scallions and stir well and let stand at least 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan with a little olive oil. Casting spoon preparing to distribute cakes one after another, and gently cook for a few minutes over medium heat. Turn the patties and cook for a few minutes.

Serve hot, with fried zucchini, for example, and a little tomato sauce.
