Celery Remoulade with chickpeas

How can I do?

Grate the celery.

Prepare the sauce: mix half a can of chickpeas with his juice, soy cream, lemon juice and mustard.

In a pan pumpkin seeds. Mix celery, remaining chickpeas, sauce and pumpkin seeds. Adjust seasoning.
Serve chilled.

  • 1 celery (medium size)
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 10cl soy cream
  • 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 c. EL grainy mustard
  • 1 c. Tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
