How can I do?

This recipe calls 3:30 remaining in the refrigerator.

Divide the vanilla bean, scrape the seeds with a knife and put the milk in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick and bring to a boil.

Beat the eggs with the egg yolks and sugar until the mixture is frothy. Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the milk into the frothy in a thin stream. Put the mixture into the pan and remove the cream over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Share be obtained in ramekins cream and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Prepare a caramel with the sugar and water and cover creams, cool 3 hours.

  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 yellow
  • 80 g sugar For the caramel:
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 oz water
