Wash and cook your seeds of amaranth *.
Your rehydrate goji berries in a small glass of water. Chopping carrots and cabbage. Cut cherries in 2 or 3 depending on size.
Mix all ingredients and your salad is ready!
- Per person:
- 1 carrot
- 50 g white cabbage
- 1 c. Tablespoons of amaranth seeds
- 2 pinches of pumpkin seeds
- 2 pinches of linseed
- 1 small handful of dried cherries or cranberries
- Rehydrated 1 small handful of goji berries
