Cake with zucchini and parmesan

How can I do?

Preheat oven to 180 ° C

Fry put the grated zucchini in a little butter and set aside. Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and the eggs, oil and milk. Mix well until a smooth texture.

Add the Parmesan, mozzarella, pesto basil, nutmeg and zucchini. Pepper to your liking.

Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and floured (or silicone) and bake 50 minutes in the oven.

  • 200 g flour

  • 100ml milk
  • 90 grams of freshly grated Parmesan
  • 100g grated mozzarella
  • 2.1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon basil pesto
