Baked apples and caramel fountains

How can I do?

1 Place the butter, milk, honey and sugar in a saucepan on low heat, melt the butter and sugar.

2 Increase the heat and stir constantly, for 5-10 minutes, until the mixture thickens and reveals the bottom of the pan with each pass of the spatula.

3 Cut in two lengthwise and hollow out the apples.

4 Pour the slightly warm caramel apples. Place the apples in a bowl with a little water and cook for about 20 minutes at 180 °.

5 Serve the apples slices of toasted bread, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and spice.

Ingredients:

  • 63g butter, cut into pieces
  • 200g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup on s. Honey
  • 75g brown sugar
  • 6 Gala apples not too large
  • 12 slices of gingerbread
