Artichoke Pesto on Twisted Macaroni

How can I do?

I have all the pesto ingredients in a blender and I, to mix a thick cream. I reserve time for cooking pasta.

I dip the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for the time specified on the packaging it. Once cooked pasta, I warm artichoke pesto. I a dash of olive oil in the pasta after it drained.

I draw the plates spooned macaroni artichoke pesto.


Ingredients:
  • 10 cooked artichoke hearts

  • 2 cup chopped almonds

  • 3 cup tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 cup chopped frozen chopped coriander

  • 1 squeeze of lemon

  • Salt and pepper

  • 400g macaroni twisted whole wheat pasta or other

  • Salt

  • 1 dash of olive oil

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 people
