How can I do?

Prepare Grumbeere (potatoes)

Boil the potatoes in their jackets in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes.

Prepare the dressing: Whisk in a bowl with mustard, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper and cream.

Chop the onions (or scallions), chop, chop chives and cucumber slices.

Prepare the salad: Drag the warm potatoes, cut into slices, season and pickles, onions and chives.

Serve warm.

  • 2 large onions or shallots, finely chopped 3
