Almond mousse with rosewater

How can I do?

Preparation of agar-agar (2G 4.1 liters of water, I divided by 2).

In a bowl, add combine cream cheese, sugar and almond extract. Chill.

In a saucepan, heat the water rose. Remove the first stirrings. Add agar-agar and pour everything into the cheese mixture. Mixing.

Mount the cream and fold gently into the preparation. Beat the egg whites until stiff and slowly integrate into the preparation.

Pour the mousse into cups or glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

  • 170g sugar

  • 20cl liquid cream

  • 2 egg whites Bio

  • 1 cup tablespoon almond extract

  • 2 cup tablespoons rose water

  • 1g Hagar

  • Agar
