Carrot slaw and berries

How can I do?

Wash and cook your seeds of amaranth *.

Your rehydrate goji berries in a small glass of water. Chopping carrots and cabbage. Cut cherries in 2 or 3 depending on size.

Mix all ingredients and your salad is ready!
Ingredients:

  • Per person:
  • 1 carrot
  • 50 g white cabbage
  • 1 c. Tablespoons of amaranth seeds
  • 2 pinches of pumpkin seeds
  • 2 pinches of linseed
  • 1 small handful of dried cherries or cranberries
  • Rehydrated 1 small handful of goji berries

Total time: Preparation + cooking time: 10 minutes
