ASLA residential landscape architects asked to assess the expected design elements outdoors for years and the gardens are a pioneer at 94% popularity. Evidence that the local food movement is gaining ground? The survey also predicts an increase in people opting for vegetable gardens (76.4% of popularity) and organic gardens are becoming more popular (65.3% against 61.2% in the 2011 survey) .
