Innovative design dressing table designed by Doshi Levien

"Chandlo 'Doshi Levien for BD Barcelona Design. "Chandlo was designed as a special prototype BD Barcelona for the home in 2012. It was an installation by Doshi Levien for IMM Cologne, which showed their vision for a perfect home. The house is composed of adjoining rooms that were open to a central courtyard. The different areas of the house were mainly dependent on the furniture and define space.
"Chandlo 'was found in the locker room with architectural juxtaposition of forms and levels, so it can be seen from all sides. "Chandlo 'means that the shape of the moon and Bindi, which is the colored dot on the forehead of Indian women. The seemingly abstract composition of the mirror, and the surface of the cabinet is based on the daily ritual of dressing and grooming 
Our intention is to create a composition in which the elements do not touch. To maintain the simplicity of these deconstructed arrangement we had to hide the methods of production.
