Agnes Uhereczky
Director Agnes Uhereczky has overall responsibility of
running the AVSO office; her tasks include project management, lobbying,
contact to members and policy monitoring.
Agnes Uhereczky has several years of experience with EU affairs, among
others she was managing
the Leonardo da Vinci programme in Hungary, lobbying and fundraising.

Zoltan Vadkerti
Project Officer
Zoltan started his university studies in 2003 at the European Agricultural Economist faculty of the University in Gödöllő, and graduated as an International Economist on June 2009. Since then, he has completed one international course in The Netherlands, CAH Dronten Christelijke Agrarische Hogeschool and graduated as a Food Chain Engineer in 2008.
He has several years experience relating to the fields of volunteering and project organisation. For the last seven years he has worked together with Hungarian and international non-governmental organisations. With assistance from the Hungarian Volunteer Sending Foundation and the Global Education Network for Young Europeans programme, he last year volunteered for a local NGO in India for three months.

Massimiliano Viatore
President
(2008 - 2010)
Massimiliano Viatore is the Director of AFSAI, a non-profit NGO
working since 1958 in the field of intercultural education, active with
both long and short-term exchanges with both European and non-European
partners.
He is also active in consulting with the Italian local authorities,
and in supporting NGOs in Meda countries in developing youth policies.
At AVSO Massimiliano Viatore, together with the other board members
is responsible for the overall strategic plan, the activities and
budget, as well as managing the members.

Steve Egan
Vice President (2009 - 2011)
Steve Egan is the
Regional Volunteer and Training Manager for CSV Training and Enterprise
North, a division of the national charity, CSV-Community Service
Volunteers.
Re-entering education as a mature
student having spent a number of years in uninspiring jobs, Steve
graduated from the University of Central Lancashire in 1996 with a BA
Hons in Social Policy.
Determined to enable others to fulfill their own
potential Steve has gained a wealth of experience in both training and
volunteering. His current role includes the management of several
initiatives including Millennium Volunteers.
Steve has been involved
with several trans-national projects from both the EU Youth and
education programmes. He is currently developing an Internet TV station, VOLTV, that aims to re-engage and involve volunteers through the use of
practical media related volunteering opportunities.

Magnus Anclair
Treasurer (2009 - 2011)
Magnus Anclair is the Secretary General of the
Swedish Center for International Youth Exchanges, CIU.
CIU
is a non-profit organisation that since 1991 has been running
exchange programs, promoting volunteering and other intercultural
experiences through infomation-work as well as developing and
spreading methods for better youth exchanges and making
informal competence visible.

Advisory Committee with the Board Members and the Staff of AVSO on 24th

She
is behind the first web-based volunteer matching service in Sweden -
