Millet risotto with vegetables

How can I do?

In a saucepan, bring heat olive oil. Add the onion and let it back a little. Prepare the vegetables and cut into strips. Millet paste and sprinkle it with curry. Mix well.

Moisten with broth, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, covered, for 30 minutes. If necessary, add a little water during cooking. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.

  • Approximately 300 g millet
